Myself
As far as I do not look out my window and watch the river running, I sing and play ukulele.

Sometimes I write songs. And I like to gather folks for jam sessions, or join other musical meetings.

Since I was intended to get a little smarter, I moved to Berlin in 1991 studying social anthropology. However, you can't keep an old Indian chief at books for too long. I travelled all over Europe, hitch-hiked across the USA, and lived with tribal natives in India. And everywhere I saw it's music my heart beats for.

Nowadays I teach others what I can, mostly with individual lessons  - my youngest pupil was five (ukulele), my oldest 70 years old (guitar)! I also teach big groups of kids or young folks sometimes, f.i. during the ethno brunch of Palucca School for Dance at "Gare de la Lune".

Since I have to pay for things as everybody else, I even play for money sometimes! However, I have done before some different jobs, too. For instance I have driven almost everything that has gum tires: dredgers, trucks, busses and coaches. Believe it or not, I even tried to make money as agent for French wine and kept that job two long months... Now I prefer to stay at home... More about my life with the ukulele...
